AITP is the professional association comprised of career-minded individuals who seek to expand their potential--employers, employees, managers, programmers and many others. The organization seeks to provide avenues for all their members to be teachers as well as students and to make contacts with other members in the IS field, all in an effort to become more marketable in rapidly changing, technological careers.

Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) offers opportunities for Information Technology (IT) leadership and education through partnerships with industry, government and academia. AITP membership normally costs $100 but college students receive a discount for a total of $35. Upon graduation, AITP also has introduced an interim member sign-up program. The interim sign-up form saves you money for the first three years after graduation. For joining AITP, you receive a one-year membership with AITP and may attend official AITP seminars and other related events. During your semesters at Fox Valley, the officers at Fox Valley host speakers and presentations for current business affairs. There are also business tours to several of Wisconsin's best companies.  This is a student run AITP club, so you can make a difference on what is or isn't done.
